It depends on the model you choose. For our "Never-Turn" mattresses, you do not need to flip them over; simply rotate them head-to-toe once every 2 weeks for the first two months, and then once every 2 to 3 months after that. For our Double-Sided models (like the Supreme Support), you will need to both rotate and flip the mattress periodically following the same timeline to ensure even wear and prolong its lifespan.

To keep your warranty fully intact and prevent your mattress from sagging prematurely, we strongly recommend using a solid slatted base or a matching base purchased directly from us. Old, worn-out bases or bases without sufficient center support can damage the internal structure of a new premium mattress.

Yes. Our premium virgin foam ranges comply strictly with SABS standards (640/2006). We source and manufacture our beds right here in South Africa using high-density foams, advanced pocket springs, and breathable bamboo fabrics engineered specifically for long-lasting structural support and hot South African climates.

Our factory warranty covers major structural defects in materials or workmanship, such as a compromised innerspring unit or broken border wires. Please note that the warranty does not cover fabric stains, burns, damage caused by jumping on the bed, or flattening of the comfort layers due to continuous high-temperature use of an electric blanket. Make sure to keep your original purchase invoice safe to validate any future claims.

We always advise giving yourself at least 3 to 4 weeks to fully adjust to your new sleep surface. Your body requires time to adapt to the alignment and advanced orthopedic support of a high-quality mattress, especially if your old bed was sagging or unsupportive. Choosing the right pillow also plays a major role in achieving perfect sleep posture during this adjustment period.
